We work with our clients to understand their business and recommend the appropriate Malaysian immigration authority to be registered with. Each immigration authority has slightly differing criteria for applying. Our advisory will depend largely on the information shared by our clients.
Some companies require other forms of accreditation from relevant agencies.
We work with our clients’ Human Resource personnel and expatriate/ international assignees on the documents and information needed to file a work permit application in Malaysia. In some assignments, we also work hand-in-hand with the Home Country personnel to ensure all documentation is in order and that the application is filed in a timely manner. Not to mention, advising on possible compliance issue, potential roadblocks and/or delays.
Short Term Pass
There is only a couple of short term passes available in Malaysia. Namely, these Passes are for visiting professionals, volunteers, international interns, conference/ seminar attendees as well as speakers, researchers, visiting academic professors, athletes, artists and others. We work with film production houses, event/ concert organisers, companies and alike to file applications to the relevant agencies as well as the immigration authority.
Migrating to a different country is a big step and it is no easy matter too. We help our expatriates’ families in their dependent visa applications with the aim to ease them significantly so that they can concentrate on other important matters such as finding the right accommodation and schooling for children in the host country.
