eXpats Service Centre Remain Closed Until Further Notice

Referring to the announcement made by the Prime Minister on the reopening of our Malaysian economy by allowing industry and business activities to operate as a whole, starting 4th May 2020, the eXpats Service Centre has put out a notice that their offices in Cyberjaya and Northern region including Immigration Unit (Expatriate Services) in MDEC, Cyberjaya will remain closed until further notice.

This is to allow the authority in question to plan on executing office sanitization and to ensure that health SOP are followed upon reopening.

In order to observe the social distancing and discourage crowds at the centre, the authority will implement Online Appointment booking. Walk-in client/ enquiry is strictly not allowed.

At the time of writing, details of the online appointment has yet to be announced.
